An amalgamation of coffee with art

In India, Barista Lavazza is the leading chain of coffee bars. Its menu is one of its kinds consisting of a variety of coffees, for example, cappuccino, caffe latte, espresso, iced coffee and to eat continental breakfast and a lot more.


Drawing from its Italian legacy, as well as keeping uniqueness at its core, Barista Lavazza - the pioneer of espresso bar culture in India, is set to again introduce a new life into its offering. The single coffee bar to start thematic menu operation year after year, Barista Lavazza this year draws motivation from ‘Art’ to start on ‘Amore’ (Love in Italian). Following the ‘Fashion’ enthused thematic menu, started previous year ‘Milano Collezioni’ in link with Rina Dhaka,  the latest theme-based menu this year, is inspired by ‘Art’ and has been planned in association with ‘Arrested by Art’ – a Delhi based urban modern art boutique. This is a first-of-its-kind project by any coffee bar in the nation and its influence will be evident in all features of the café, for example the table menu, F&B offerings, uniforms, interiors, wall menu along with a lot more.

The menu, Amore was started at a well-known gallery in the capital of India, Delhi. The gallery put on an entire creative look with inaugurating the new theme based menu in the shape of images being hung in the gallery. The inventive affair moreover saw a one of its kind amalgamation of diverse art forms, in which Indie group ‘The Underknowns’ presented self-composed music,  along with the design group ‘Arrested by Art’ interpreting their composition LIVE on canvas. This sort of a launch is a first-of-its-kind by any coffee shop in India. The work of art was offered to a charitable group later on. The evening moreover saw the latest F&B items, launched as an element of the new menu, being provided to the visitors, together with it’s all the rage true Cappuccino Coffee.


The unique thematic menu, which has drawn insight from Art, has quite a few new food and drink items as well as desserts being added to the menu. Amore is a venture to master the skill of combining food with coffee. The menu has been segregated into four innovatively named sections–
